You may submit a request regarding your personal information maintained by Video Aegis:

2. Submitting a Privacy Request

If you are a Viewer of our Customer's content (not a direct Customer of Video Aegis), please contact the specific Customer/Website Owner directly as they control the content and viewer data subject to their own Privacy Policy.

If you are a Customer, Website Visitor, or other direct user of Video Aegis Services, you may submit a verifiable consumer request using the methods below:

3. Verification Process

To protect your privacy and security, Video Aegis must verify your identity before processing your request.

• Customers (Account Holders): We will match the information provided in your request with the information associated with your account, such as your email address, business name, or account ID.
• Website Visitors/Non-Account Holders: We may require you to provide two or three pieces of non-sensitive personal information to match our records, which may include matching your device identifier or approximate geolocation depending on the data collected.

We will respond to all verifiable consumer requests within the timeframe required by law (typically 45 days).

4. Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Video Aegis uses certain third-party advertising and analytics services that may constitute "selling" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.

To exercise your right to opt-out, you may:

• Use Global Privacy Control (GPC): We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal transmitted from your web browser, which will be processed as a valid opt-out request for that specific browser.

5. Authorized Agent

You may use an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we will require proof of authorization  and may still require you to verify your own identity directly with us.
